General Warranty
We create equipment you can rely on and support you throughout its entire service life.
We offer up to 2 years of warranty for K&S generators, provided that scheduled maintenance (TO) is performed at an authorized service center within the required timeframe/operating hours and marked in the warranty card. Repair of manufacturer defects is free of charge within our network of authorized service centers. Please keep your completed warranty card (signed) and proof of purchase handy. The device must be submitted clean and in full configuration.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
Gasoline, Diesel, and Diesel Inverter Generators

Warranty up to 2 years or 1200 operating hours (whichever comes first). The extended warranty is valid only if paid technical maintenance (TO) is performed at an authorized service center one year after purchase or after 600 operating hours (whichever comes first).
Inverter generators, motor pumps, gasoline and electric cultivators, ATS units, parallel connection boxes, multi-machines with attachments, and other equipment

1 year from the date of sale (confirmed by the seller's entry and stamp in the warranty card).
Auto accessories (vacuum cleaners, compressors, jump starters, etc.)

1 year from the date of sale (entry + seller's stamp).
Important: the product is not intended for commercial use.
What the Warranty Covers
During the warranty period, all malfunctions resulting from manufacturer defects are rectified free of charge at authorized K&S service centers.
How to Maintain the Extended Warranty

Undergo paid scheduled maintenance (TO) at an authorized service center within the required timeframe/operating hours.

The service center must make a mark in the warranty card.

The cost of maintenance is determined by the center based on the diagnostic results.

Delivery of the product for scheduled maintenance is at the buyer's expense.
Required Documents for Warranty Repair

Fully completed warranty card with the buyer's signature confirming agreement with the terms.

Proof of purchase: cash/sales receipt or invoice.
Non-Warranty Cases
Warranty repair is not performed if:

required documents are missing or the seller's stamp/entry is absent;
-
the card contains errors, unauthorized corrections, or illegible entries;
-
there is no record of scheduled maintenance (for categories where it is mandatory).
In case of violations, the service center may confiscate the warranty card as invalid.
Service Reception
The device is accepted clean and in full configuration.
